Politics: does anyone else ...

... have a problem with this?  Tax-payers' money spent for Mr and Mrs. Obama to market their home-town for the 2016 Olympics. 

I'm all for the Olympics and bringing them to the United States again ... I'm just against the First Couple marketing their hometown for an event that will be in 2016, after they have left the Nation's Capital, and can personally reap the benefits of an Olympics in their own city ...

ETA (at 3:00pm EDT):  The IOC names .... Rio de Janeiro -- for the first time ever!  Congratulations!
