hello Mary, I do this sort of thing when we go field scouting in advance of our hunting trips. Even though the girls are too young to hunt with us just yet, I take them along on the scouting trips and we look for all sorts of signs of the critter that we have in mind. Tracks, scratchings, scat, nests... Its a great way to experience God's creation and get to know animals in a real and intimate way.
I spend whatever free-time I have (I homeschool my three youngest) designing hand-knits, free-lance writing and keeping up with blogs and other online activities....all in order to stay out of trouble!
